Shipping Policy – Bee Touch Co.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches and carefully inspected before shipping.

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and pack your order, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. AST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s performance.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Bee Touch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your package's progress.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your delivery area, and your local post office or carrier.

Bee Touch Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to Bee Touch Co. because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Any additional shipping costs required to reship the order may be charged to the customer.
