Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – Bee Touch Co.

Effective Date: December 7, 2025

Processing Time 

All orders are handmade in small batches and carefully inspected before shipping.  

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and pack your order (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) AST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and the carrier’s performance.

These are estimated delivery times provided by the shipping carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to United States and Puerto Rico.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you for the correct address. Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
