Refund policy

Effective Date: December 7, 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and beauty products, we have a very strict return policy.

1. Non-returnable items

All products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipping. Once an order has left our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

- Change of mind

- Customer did not like the scent, texture, or color

- Customer used or opened the product (including removing shrink wrap, breaking seals, or using even a small portion of the soap)

- Minor differences in appearance (handmade items may vary slightly)

2. Eligible cases for store credit (only)

We will only issue store credit (never a cash refund) in the following very limited situations:

- We sent the wrong product or scent by mistake

- The product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping issues (you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos)

3. Conditions for store credit

- You must contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Store credit will be issued for the full amount paid (excluding original shipping costs).

- Store credit expires 30 days after it is issued and cannot be extended or converted to cash.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. How to request store credit

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.)

- Reason for the request

We will review your case within 2–3 business days and reply with instructions.

5. Non-eligible situations

No store credit or replacement will be offered for:

- Packages marked as “delivered” but claimed as not received

- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

- Products damaged by the customer

- Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender
