PURCHASE OPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel a purchase option or subscription before the order is processed.

For recurring subscriptions, cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

To manage or cancel a subscription, customers can use their customer account or contact Bee Touch Co. for assistance.

One-time purchases cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.

This policy applies to purchase options offered through Bee Touch Co. and does not affect any rights provided under our applicable refund or consumer protection policies.
